NUTRITION
Tired of fad diets, restrictive diets, meal plans that don't work and suck the life out of you? Learn the essentials of nutrition and how to actually Apply these basics to your daily life through sustainable practices we will work on implementing together. If your goal is to learn how to eat better, or maybe you desire an aesthetic goal, this is for you, as they say food is 80%.
FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT
Is your pain holding you back from doing your desired activity or even daily function? In the Functional Movement program, I will perform a comprehensive movement assessment to look at your current range of movement and curate a targeted programme for you. The focus would be on addressing key issues like flexibility, mobility, strength balance, joint and tendon health, to help get you back into tip-top shape to crush your skill goals or just be able to move pain-free.
SENIORS
Want to be able keep up with your grandkids or beat your pals at the game of golf. This targeted programme focuses on improving your strength, posture, balance to hold back the effects of aging. The goal is to increase your physical independence and to keep you in ultimate functioning shape to look & feel your best. Our Programmes are tailored to meet you right where you are, even if you are completely new to exercise.
